Registration Process

We follow an organized registration process. We have a registration team that includes a nursing officer and an office executive/diploma paramedic individual. We collect the whole details of a person to get appropriate knowledge about his/her lifestyle, which will help us in future to detect some risk factors. List of the necessary documents given below

  1. Latest medical documents including Doctor prescription, diagnostic report, medical history.
  2. National ID photo \copy.
  3. Recent Color Photo.
  4. 1st Attendant Name, Contact Number, Email (Active), Whatsapp/Viber number.

Our registration form has two parts. One is registration form and another one is patient initial assessment form.


Patient Monitoring Process

We are dedicated in providing the necessiary servicec to our members. In addition to giving the services, we also keep in touch with each and every client in getting the latest updates of their health through weekly monitoring call.


Weekly Monitoring Call

Our Customer Service Development (CSD) department handles all of these weekly monitoring call. We try to communicate directly with the patient or their 1 st attendant. If any concerns arise, we forward the update to the doctor. According to the treatment plan, we then assign the appropriate person for the service. Based on the update of their health condition, a weekly monitoring call record with details is made and submitted to the higher authorities. They check the details and forwarded to a reporting person who is assigned to make a report based on all the information and also the doctor’s suggestion. This monthly monitoring report is helpful for our client to get a full view of their health condition at a glance.


Medical Record Analysis

A medical record is an essential tool to keep track of a patient’s medical history and to identify any problems. While every hospital has this recording process, Acro Medical is working differently in making this as efficient as possible. We not only record the data and medical history of our members in our software but also do the analysis based on this data. All the medical records are collected and stored in our software. Then a team of doctor, medical, microbiology, genetic engineering and biotechnology background professionals work to find out the causes of problems of patients. They work to make an advanced risk factors list and a critical analysis is done to reduce the present problems of our members. Acro Medical is working hard to minimize the rate of severity of the members and keep them in stable condition.
